Why Digital-Mirror?

The Digital-Mirror founders came together at Seal Software fifteen years ago, where they created the category of contract analytics, introducing the idea of using machine learning to extract and manage data from contracts at scale.

Seal Software's early focus on AI for contracts laid the groundwork for many of today's advancements in contract analytics. Its use of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning allowed businesses to handle large contract repositories effectively.

Seal Software was acquired by DocuSign in 2020. Now, Digital Mirror is taking Seal's work to the next level — helping customers identify what matters in their contracts, uncover where value is being lost, and take action to fix it. With a remote-first team located in Sweden, the US, the UK, Norway, and France, we’re building an exciting new company shaped by global experience.
