DIGITAL MIRROR LTD – END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Please read carefully before using the software.

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Digital Mirror Ltd (“Licensor”) and the person or entity installing or using the Digital Mirror Contract Discovery agent (“Software”). By clicking Accept or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software only for your internal business purposes and solely in connection with the envisaged or actual use of Digital Mirror’s cloud platform and services.

2. Restrictions

You shall not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Software except as expressly permitted.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive its source code.
- Use the Software to build or enhance any competing product or service.
- Remove or alter any ownership, license, or identification marks.

3. Ownership

The Software and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Digital Mirror Ltd. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.

4. Confidentiality

The Software, its structure, and any non-public information about it are confidential. You must protect it with at least the same care you use for your own confidential information.

5. Data & Telemetry

The Software has no external connection and no data is exported from your environment.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Licensor disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Mirror’s total liability for any claim relating to this Agreement shall not exceed £100. Digital Mirror shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss.

8. Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales, and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
