AI, HI and the Future of Procurement: Delivering a Valued Use Case
Most organizations negotiate strong contracts. Far fewer confirm that what they are billed for actually matches what they agreed.
-
Date
13.11 - A Thursday. Breakfast is on the table at 08:30 and the first session starts at 09:00.
-
Length
3 h - Three sessions, one live demo on a real invoice, and time to talk. Out by 11:30.
-

Rates drift. Discounts go unapplied.
Index-linked increases get calculated wrong.
Duplicate and anomalous charges slip through across thousands of invoice lines. Most of it only surfaces in an audit, if it surfaces at all.
This invitation-only round table brings together senior procurement and finance leaders for a candid discussion on where artificial intelligence and human intelligence each add value. The focus is on a practical, proven use case: checking invoices against the contracts that govern them.
You will leave with:
-
A clear view of where value leaks between contract signature and invoice payment
-
Practical perspectives on combining AI with human expertise in procurement
-
Peer insight into how leading organisations are building a defensible business case
-
Time to connect with senior peers in a private, relaxed setting.
